We share information and resources for people selling their home on their own (for sale by owner) and for people buying or selling a home. You do not need to list your home with us to use our resources. If you ask, we may connect you with a licensed real estate agent in your area.

Information on our website and in our messages is general. It is not legal, tax, lending or financial advice, and it is not a home valuation. Talk to the right licensed professional before making decisions.

SMS messaging program

Program: TopFSBOs.com texts about selling or buying a home, consultations and follow-up, and, for real estate agents who opt in, tips and invitations to live calls.
Consent: you receive texts only if you checked the consent box on our form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Some messages and calls come from an AI assistant working for TopFSBOs.com. It will tell you it is an AI if you ask. Ask for a person at any time and Conner will follow up.
